I have been working with Paul Santisi’s YouTube meditations.
I tried one that scared me, weird jungle noises, have to get back to that one
(preferably during the daytime!). The comments were raving! He has a couple of
out of body experience/astral projection ones and My favorite is this one:
The first time I left my body I was greeted by all these
bright faces, one I remember in particular, some young lady . . . and I felt the word Welcome and all this
Love. It was about that quick!
I generally see a lot of colors and images and beautiful
scenery, but I am not sure I am actually astral projecting. I see vivid scenes
and peek in on lots of people. Who? Where? Not always sure. I am never sure
where I want to go, who I want to visit, so I have all these things in my mind,
and I tend to jump around with these images – in these places – so did I astral
project? Maybe. Remote viewing? Feels even more real than that.
Again, today I didn’t know where I wanted to go. I saw a lot
of images and stuff, and then BAM, I am stepping outside my front door. It was
so sunny and bright and beautiful. A very familiar place but it felt so good
and I do love this area of my house for a lot of different reasons. I took off
down the street, taking in the scenery. I was out of my body!
I think I should join twitter because I am so dying to tell
you what I am eating right now! (@ 2:30 p.m.) Ha.
I used to do Brunch – A LOT! But I have started eating
breakfast, early, like anywhere from 7 to 9 a.m.
I need a combination word for lunch and dinner. I have needed
one for a long time.
Anything combined in English just sounds stupid, so I went
in search of French or Italian:
http://underthetuscangun.com/talk/the-knack-for-a-snack-tempo-per-il-spuntino/“Merende….is the melodious, sophisticated name for the afternoon snacking in Italy. The Italians have carved out this time of day to refresh and recharge. Merende is much like “le gouter” in France, in that they are both daily cultural rituals, and let’s face it, they are both really fun to say.”
In Britain is it Tea in the afternoon and High Tea early
evening, I think.
It is such a sinfully wonderful time to eat dinner. I don’t
like eating and then going out for the evening.
And it is excruciatingly painful to have a dinner date at
the normal dinner dating times. I am famished by 6 or 7. I am drunk off the
first glass of wine before the food arrives. But that is okay because I am
generally a happy drunk and neither wine nor tequila make my clothes fall off!
(I love saying that and it is True!)
What does astral projection have to do with my early meal?
Nothing really.
I want to astral project to the moon, astral project to a
Parisian café for “le gouter” and I would love “merende” in my own cliff side
apartment on Amalfi Coast.
Okay, I had half a schiabatta from
Publix. That is how they spell it. They are round flat breads with cheese and
other toppings. My favorite is some sort of white cheese, fresh sliced tomato
and onion. They have a pepperoni one, a mushroom one. They do not have sauce;
just bread with mild white cheese and another topping. I put a handful of fresh
blueberries on mine. And I had gourmet chocolate flavored coffee. Delish!
Perfect for “merende.”
For “le gourter” I love cranberry
walnut bread toasted crisp, with melted camembert. Spoon on a little strawberry
jam for an extra sweet treat. I only recently got on the cheese kick, but I
have always been on the bread kick!
“Bon appetit” for your “le
gourter.”
“Salute” for your “merende.”
Ciao!
p.s. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ciao
very unkind to American users of this word and then try to sell mugs and T-shirts with it written on them. Pretty funny! You are an ass for saying it, but here, buy this mug! Be a really stupid ass and wear it. Well I agree, wearing it is pretty stupid, but saying it - By, Ciao, Kiss off, who cares????
